Please don't send customer documents
The tools work on your device, so we never need your photos or documents. If you report a problem, describe it in words or with a screenshot that does not show anyone's personal details.
Grievances
Complaints about the service, privacy or billing can be sent to the email above with the subject "Grievance". We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
